Ffos Yr Ewig is a 13 acre smallholding in West Wales, comprising of 8 acres of pasture and 5 acres of recently planted woodland. The land supports a mixture of rare breed pigs, Jacob sheep, chicken, Indian Runner ducks and a small herd of British White cattle. Combined with the vegetable garden, orchard and polytunnel a large proportion of the "necessary" food is home grown.

The experience gained through raising livestock and growing your own fruit & veg has prompted the owner Cliff Dewing to share his experiences & knowledge by producing this website and running practical "hands on" courses.

This site will :

Provide you with a valuable insight & "feel" to living on a smallholding.

If you are thinking of making the "huge" step & buying a smallholding why not come down and spent a day on our "Smallholding Courses"
